The installation step of the roller line is elaborated according to the equipment diagram of the roller line to determine the longitudinal centre line of the equipment, which is the equipment benchmark of the roller line. Outside the workshop, the longitudinal centre line of the roller line is usually marked out with the plant column network as the benchmark. It is assumed that the equipment associated with the roller line is now in the equipment position.
In the case of equipment, the relevant specifications of the adjacent equipment are used as a secondary basis for determining the centre line, and the specifications of the contact with the plant column network are only used as a reference. This ensures that the roller line system can operate smoothly and reliably. After determining the central position, the frame is connected to the legs according to the requirements of the equipment plan.
The drive frame and motor are equipped, then the nylon bracket is equipped, the chain is equipped, then the drive roller and the redirecting sprocket are equipped (the equipment must ensure that the end surfaces of the two sprockets are in the same plane), and the motor is adjusted so that the chain has a satisfactory tensioning level. The barrel line equipment adjusts the foot. Ensure that the adjusting foot reaches the planned equipment specification.
Equipment guardrails, electrical control systems, motor guards, etc. Open the empty machine for test run after the inspection is correct. Adjust the parts that do not meet the planning requirements and specifications. During the test run, the tightness of the chain and the engagement between the chain and the roller sprocket must be checked and adjusted in time if they are not suitable.
