A flow line is a handling machine that continuously conveys goods in a certain line, so it is also called a conveyor line or conveyor. According to the conveying product series conveying line can be roughly divided into: belt assembly line, chain plate line, plug-in line, suspension line, multiplier chain line and roller assembly line, multiplier chain assembly line, plate chain line. What are the most commonly used fully automatic lines? What are the characteristics?
Commonly used assembly lines can be divided into the following categories.
Plate and chain assembly lines
Features: can carry relatively heavy products, and the production line synchronous operation, can achieve product climbing; production of relatively slow; with the chain plate surface as a load-bearing, can achieve the smooth transport of products.
Roller-type assembly line
Features: Wide range of product types and few restrictions; used in conjunction with a stopper, it allows for continuous, beat-to-beat operation and accumulation of products; with the use of a jacking and shifting device, it allows for off-line reworking or testing of products without affecting the operation of the entire line.
Belt type assembly line
Features: lighter products and less shape restrictions; synchronised operation with the production line, allowing product climbing and steering; smooth product transport with belts as carriers and conveyors, low noise; longer distance transport of light materials or products.
Differential conveying line
Features: differential conveying line adopts multi-speed chain traction, workpiece plate can be transmitted freely, using blocker positioning to make the workpiece move freely or stop, the workpiece can be automatically jacked up at both ends and transverse transition. The line can also be set up online with rotation, special machines, testing equipment, robots, etc.
